A little about me

I am Annabel,  I have the normal daily demands of living and working which is unremarkable, however the way in which I choose to perform as a human being within the confines of life is with connectivity and consciousness.

Rituals including Ayurvedic principles, Therapeutic āsana and Prānāyāma (breath practices), chanting & voice activation are a part of my day.  My practice has definitely evolved from the āsana and sitting (meditation) I started 20 years ago when I was pregnant with my 3rd child.  Now, with a greater understanding and focus on Prānāyāma, I attend to my life with a 360 degree approach;  nutrition, thoughts, actions and movement, or Ayurveda.  This ancient way of wellness allows for continuous review and growth of the individual.  Guided by some incredible teachers and practitioners in the past and present I acknowledge them as I continue to be a student as well as a teacher.
