How can I help you?

Ultimately I desire for you to develop a daily spirit ritual/routine or self-practice that allows you to connect with yourself and others with a greater degree of involvement.   

We may start by taking your attention to the breath; Slowly introducing movement through the art of yoga āsana (postures); a set of therapeutic movements that work to intelligently open the body and allow you to feel and connect to parts of your physical and subtle body.

After opening up the body;  seated practice will deepen the connection to the subtle body (the energy centres along the spine) taking the focus inward and starting to practice using the diaphragm intelligently to maximise movement of the breath.

Finishing in śavāsana (corpse pose). This is where the work happens; as the body is conscious but relaxed.  I will help to guide you; taking awareness to and releasing all parts of the body through a guided meditation and touch or non-touch reiki.  

The entry point is where you start, there is only now and our life is a series of now’s, so what better time to start?
