Why I started this journey
For almost a decade, I have practiced and studied yogic sciences and traditions, including philosophy, meditation and expanded states of consciousness, āsana-postures, Prānāyāma-breath, healing and plant medicine. From that passion, a deep desire was born to create a sanctuary for my family. I would like to share these teachings with you, whether new, sincere, self-initiated or experienced practitioner. Welcome to my world, it’s a bit unconventional but you’ll love it, so come on in!

Start slowly
It may be that you wish to start with some gentle asana and mobilisation, where we can open up the body in preparation for the breath. This may lead to discussions around rituals and nutrition or focus on balancing the body with Reiki healing
Hold Space
Whatever shows up in the space will be honoured; this is your time to slow it all down. Through kindness , curiosity, patience and creating space for the intelligence and wisdom of the body, you will reconnect with your highest possible potential.
